Though a sizable portion of Home Alone 2: Lost In New Yorkfollows a child running from a pair of incompetent escaped convicts, most of it is just fun, relatively low stakes hijinks in and around The Plaza.
Twenty-five years later, the New York hotel wants to give its guests a real Kevin McCallister experience, minus his brush with murder.

For example: A $31 take on Lunchables, or a $15 cocktail made with Sunny Delight.
You can even run up your dad's credit card bill like Kevin with the Plaza's movie-inspired room package. For a starting price of $895.00, guests receive a load of Home Alone 2swag and an "over-the-top" ice cream sundae. Guests can also opt for package add-ons, including a four-hour limousine tour of the city, or passes to the top of the Empire State Building.
Sure, the price is steep, but it's still less than Kevin spent on room service.
